A Rapidly Expanding Operation
Situation:
The company was growing quickly and the leaders were
disappointed by the dilution of culture and growing
disconnect between the partners and unit leadership.
Solution:
The Cultivation Corps was brought in by the partners
to lead the team through a strategic change process.
We started by clarifying the leadership’s shared
vision and objectives for the coming year. Once the
partners communicated the new direction, we
conducting meetings with the unit-level managers to
flesh out new projects and tactics to help move the
company forward. The intent was to get genuine
involvement that led to better ideas as well as a
sense of ownership of the new vision throughout the
organization.
Results:
Communication of a clear vision, and involvement of
others in its execution, resulted in a cohesive
culture with a shared sense of direction. This led
to a more consistent guest experience, enhanced
financial performance and improved employee
satisfaction.
