build his first signature restaurant.

A Celebrity Chef
Situation:
This chef was trying to launch an ambitious new
restaurant company. Although equipped with a great
vision and a strong network of potential investors,
his project languished for months because he was
trying to do everything himself. He wasn’t able to
put all the pieces together to effectively
communicate and fund the project.
Solution:
The Cultivation Corps was asked to mobilize their
resources and assist the client through the
development process. We created a virtual
organization that supplied all the required
expertise without taking on the ongoing overhead of
an executive team. We advised him at each stage of
development, from shaping the concept through
interior design and real estate to marketing and
culinary operations.
Results:
We clarified his vision of the business and
communicated it in a design document and a business
plan. With these tools he was able to quickly secure
the required investment to make his dream a reality.
